Each product is personally made, packaged and shipped by me, and I carefully inspect each product to ensure it is exactly what was ordered.
Processing Time:
- In-stock items, 2-3 days before being shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Policy:

All of our orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!

Delivery Times are generally 3-5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage and 1-3 business days with Priority Mail.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Returns and Exchanges:

I accept returns/exchanges if contacted within 14 days of delivery. The item being returned/exchanged must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do not accept cancellations except in the event the item has not been started. Contact me to find out if I’ve started your item before requesting cancellation.
