Each product is personally made, packaged and shipped by me, and I carefully inspect each product to ensure it is exactly what was ordered. 

Processing Time:

  • In-stock items, 2-3 days before being shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Policy:

  • All of our orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!

  • Delivery Times are generally 3-5 business days with USPS Ground Advantage and 1-3 business days with Priority Mail.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • I accept returns/exchanges if contacted within 14 days of delivery. The item being returned/exchanged must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items that cannot be returned (unless they are damaged or defective):

    • Customized/Personalized items

    • Items on Sale

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations:

  • I do not accept cancellations except in the event the item has not been started. Contact me to find out if I’ve started your item before requesting cancellation.
